摘要
在介绍实验用微型采煤机的基础上,对其液压系统进行了设计。建立了液压系统的数学模型和MATLAB/Simulink动态仿真模型,并进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明:放大器增益系数、液压缸的负载大小和压缩总量对系统动态性能影响较大,PID控制器能够提升系统动态性能。研究结果为采煤机液压系统设计及优化提供了理论依据。
