摘要
对同轴圆柱双螺旋弹簧进行了研究,利用三维数字化建模软件建立起双层结构的圆柱双螺旋弹簧结构有限元模型,应用有限元分析软件对刚度进行了分析。为了验证结果的正确性,利用能量法推导刚度理论解进行验证;分析了各结构参数与刚度之间的关系。
Taking coaxial double spiral spring as a research object, this paper established the model by using the 3D digital modeling software. Based on the finite element method, the stiffness analysis of the inside and outside of the spring was made. In order to check the correctness of the finite element analysis result, made the stiffness calculation formula of coaxial double spiral spring with the method of the energy calculation. Besides,have a further research about the analysis between structural parameters and the stiffness of the coaxial double spiral spring.
