后盖壳体结构对铸造缺陷和性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 通过对后盖壳体结构优化的前后对比,采用X探伤、剖切取样、静扭台架试验等不同的测试手段,分析了优化前后产品的内部质量差异性及整箱装配静扭载荷破坏性。结果表明,结构优化对后盖壳体性能有非常大的改善,产品重量不仅减轻了0.8 kg,节约了材料,而且内部组织致密,并未发现气、缩孔等压铸缺陷,静扭性能也由原来的5941 N·m提高到了6866 N·m,完全可以满足商用汽车变速器对后盖壳体的设计要求。 Through the contrast between before and after structure optimization of back cover, this paper analyzes the product's internal quality and its static torsion of assembly. Different test methods such as X-ray,cutting sampling and static torsion test have been applied to the studies on quality of products. The results show that the optimized performance of back cover has a greater improvement. The weight of products is reduced 0.8kg. And it is able to economize materials. The microstructure of the product is compact, uniform, the die casting defects such as porosity and shrinkage cavity were relieved. The static torsion performance is increased from5 941 N·m to 6866 N·m. So the optimized back cover can completely meet the requirement of commercial auto transmission.
