摘要
高校教师绩效考核是高校人力资源管理的重要组成部分。文章从绩效考核制度、指标体系、考核办法、双向交流机制等方面分析了存在的问题,提出建立高校教师绩效考核体系的对策。
Teacher performance appraisal is an important part of human resource management in the universities. Currently, there are still many problems in the teacher performance appraisal in China. Based on the analysis of the problems, the countermeasures were proposed for the establishment of teacher performance appraisal system.
