摘要
预包装食品标签是向消费者传递产品信息的载体,做好预包装食品标签管理,既是维护消费者权益,保障行业健康发展的有效手段,也是实现食品安全科学管理的需求。自《预包装食品标签通则》(GB 7718-2011)、《预包装食品营养标签通则》(GB 28050-2011)实施以来,有关标签标示上的问题不断,本文通过对常见标示问题进行了剖析并给出了规范措施及建议,希望能对预包装食品标签标示的规范化起到一定的积极作用。
Prepackaged food label is a carrier to transfer product information to consumers, to do the prepackaged food labeling management is not only an effective means to safeguard the interests of consumers and protect the healthy development of the industry, but also is the demand to achieve the food safety science management. Since the "Label Standard of Prepackaged Food"(GB 7718-2011) and the "Nutrition Label Standard of Prepackaged Food"(GB 28050-2011) implementation, the questions on the label have never been broken, the paper analyzes the common problems and gives measures and suggestions, it is hoped that it can play a positive role in the standardization of the prepackaged food labels.
