摘要
采用中药常规的煎煮法提取紫花地丁的有效成份,对筛选出的耐药大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌进行敏感性试验。结果显示:紫花地丁提取物对奶牛乳房炎大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有不同程度的抑制和杀灭作用,耐药的大肠杆菌中最大的抑菌圈是18mm,金黄色葡萄球菌中最大的抑菌圈是19mm,这2种病原菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)均为31.25mg·mL-1,最小杀菌浓度(MBC)均为62.5mg·mL-1,表明紫花地丁对耐抗生素的乳房炎大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌能够起到较佳的抑制效果;比较春、秋两季采集的紫花地丁的抑菌效果结果显示春季效果强于秋季。由此,紫花地丁可在临床上应用于奶牛乳房炎的防治。
We take the two kinds of pathogenic bacteria for the common antibiotics susceptibility test and screen drug-resistant strains.The next step is to collect the Viola yedoensis Makino by the traditional boiling-in-water method for the sensitivity experiments.The results show that the water extracts of Viola yedoensis Makino have different inhibitory and killing effects to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.The maximum inhibition zone is 18 mm and 19 mm,with MIC 31.25mg·mL-1 and MBC 62.50mg·mL-1 among the E.coli.and Staphylococcus aureus.The results indicate that Viola yedoensis Makino can better inhibit antibiotic-resistant mastitis Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.Viola yedoensis Makino antibacterial effect in the spring collection is better than in the autumn collection,which can be used for the prevention and control of dairy cow mastitis in clinic.
