摘要
利用实验室加速腐蚀方法研究强碱环境对水泥石的质量、抗压强度的影响。试验过程中模拟了3种pH值(分别为9,11和13)的碱性环境,将63个水泥试块分为3组,分别在3种pH值碱性溶液中进行侵蚀,并与21个同期未受腐蚀的试件作对比,得到了在不同pH值中不同浸泡时间的试块的相关性能。实验结果表明,试块的颜色及质量随时间发生了变化,3组试块的抗压强度大约在前30d都在增长,对于pH=13的组,试块在35d以后下降的幅度较大,试块抗压腐蚀系数波动最大。
Accelerated corrosion in laboratory is used to study the influence of alkali environment to the quality and the strength of the cement.With 3different kinds of alkaline solutions(pH=9,11,13),63 cement blocks are divided into 3 groups and immerged into the solutions for erosion experiment.The results are compared with the un-erosive 21 cement blocks to get the properties of cement blocks in the alkaline environment.The results show that the color and the quality in the 3solutions change with time,and the strength of all groups increases in the first 30 days but decreases afterwards.For the pH =13group,the strength of the cement decreases more after 35 days,and the corrosion resistant coefficient fluctuates the most.
