摘要
目的观察肝胃不和型功能性消化不良（FD）患者行舒胃汤治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析2014年7月~2015年7月于本院收治的90例肝胃不和型FD患者资料,按治疗所用方法分为两组,对照组行多潘立酮治疗,观察组行舒胃汤治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率比对照组高,比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组在两组治疗后胃排空率钡条数均减少基础上,其减少幅度更显著（P〈0.05）。结论肝胃不和型FD患者行舒胃汤治疗的效果显著。
Objective Observation of disharmony and Functional Dyspepsia（FD） underwent Shuwei decoction therapy.Methods A retrospective analysis in July 2014 to July 2015 disharmony and type FD patient data 90 cases in our hospital,according to the treatment methods used divided into two groups,the control group underwent domperidone treatment,observation group were Shuwei decoction,compared two groups of treatment.Results The total efficiency of the observation group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the observation group after treatment,the number of barium gastric emptying rate were reduced on the basis of which to reduce the rate more significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Effect of Shuwei decoction in treatment of incoordination between liver and stomach patients is remarkable.
