摘要
中药是我国医学理论的重要组成部分,千百年来为保障人民健康做出了巨大贡献。在对结肠癌治疗中,中药可作用于其发生、发展的多个环节,具有多靶点、多环节、多效应等特点。近年来许多学者对结肠癌进行了体内外实验研究,肯定了中药提取物抑制结肠癌细胞生长、增强机体免疫功能以及对细胞周期、细胞凋亡的影响等方面的疗效,为人类抗结肠癌开辟了新途径。
Traditional Chinese medicine is an important part of medical theory in our country. It has made tremendous contributions for the protection of people＇s health for thousands of years. In the treatment of colon cancer, Chinese medicine can be applied to multiple link in its occurrence and development, with multi-target, multi-link, multi-effects and so on. In recent years, many scholars have carried on the experiments in vivo and in vitro to colon cancer, confi rmed herbal extracts inhibit the growth of colon cancer cells, strengthen the body＇s immune function and infl uence on cell cycle and apoptosis of curative effect, open up new ways for the human resistance to colon cancer.
