摘要
腿痛趾动综合征是一种临床较为少见且明确诊断率较低的以下肢疼痛伴足或足趾不自主运动为特点的运动障碍性疾病。该病的病因及发病机制目前尚不明确,临床表现各异,诊断方面存在一定困难,治疗方法有多种,但疗效均不肯定,迄今其治疗仍是医学界的难题。本文拟从病因、临床表现、辅助检查、诊断与鉴别诊断、治疗等方面对腿痛趾动综合征进行综述。
Painful legs and moving toes syndrome （PLMT） is a rare movement disorder with low diagnostic rate, which is characterized by lower limb pain with involuntary movements of feet or toes. Etiology and pathogenesis of this disease is still unclear. Patients have different clinical manifestations, so the diagnosis is difficult. Treatment methods for PLMT are numerous, but so far the treatment of this disease is still a major challenge for clinicians. Further research is still needed to guide clinical work.
