摘要
在肺结核合并糖尿病患者药物治疗过程中,社区护士要开展积极的心理护理和健康教育活动,提高患者的遵医行为。在应用抗痨药物过程中,要开展抗痨药物不良反应、抗痨药物对糖代谢的影响、抗痨药物坚持服用的重要性和临床症状观察与护理,做到早期、联合、适量、规律、全程使用抗结核药物。在应用胰岛素过程中,要正确选择胰岛素制剂和注射部位,正确使用胰岛素注射笔,学会用药反应的观察与护理和低血糖防治,控制血糖在适宜范围,建立患者对疾病积极应对状态,提高患者治疗依从性,达到良好的治疗效果。
