摘要
目的：探讨新活素对急性前壁心肌梗死急诊介入术后心力衰竭患者治疗效果.方法：选取2013年2月~2015年2月某院收治128例前壁心肌梗死介入术后心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予新活素,对照组给予硝酸甘油,比较两组患者治疗36h后疗效、肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮及左心室舒张末期容积（LVEDV）、左心室射血分数（LVEF）及尿量.结果：观察组治疗效果显著于对照组[96.87%比84.38%,P 〈0.05].观察组肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮水平均低于对照组[（7.3±2.1）ng/L比（8.4±2.2）ng/L,（153.3±32.2）ng/L比（178.5±38.4）ng/L,（92.1±12.5）ng/L比（99.5±15.3）ng/L,P 〈0.05].观察组LVEDV低于对照组,LVEF及尿量高于对照组[（142.1±16.4）mm 比（149.9±16.8）mm,（63.1±11.0）%比（58.4±10.1）%,（66.9±11.8）ml/L比（56.8±10.6）ml/L,P 〈0.05].结论：新活素治疗急性前壁心肌梗死急诊介入术后心力衰竭可有效改善患者心功能,提高治疗效果.
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of new bios for acute anterior myocardial infarc-tion patients with heart failure after the intervention of Emergency.Methods:Select 128 cases of anterior my-ocardial infarction,heart failure patients after interventional February 2013-February 2015 in some hospi-tal,randomly divide them to observation group and control group,the observation group were new active el-ement in conventional therapy,the control group was given nitroglycerin,compare the two groups of pa-tients after 36h,efficacy,renin,angiotensin Ⅱ,aldosterone and left ventricular end-diastolic volume (LV-EDV),left ventricular ej ection fraction (LVEF)and urine.Results:Treatment effect was observed in the control group was significantly [96.87% vs.84.38%,P<0.05].Renin,angiotensin Ⅱ,aldosterone levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group [(7.3 ± 2.1)ng/L vs.(8.4 ± 2.2)ng/L,(153.3 ± 32.2)ng/L vs.(178.5 ± 38.4)ng/L,(92.1 ± 12.5)ng/L vs.(99.5 ± 15.3)ng/L,P<0.05].LVEDV observation group than the control group,LVEF and urine output higher than [(142.1 ± 16. 4)mm vs.(149.9 ± 16.8)mm,(63.1 ± 11.0)% vs.(58.4 ± 10.1)%,(66.9 ± 11.8)ml/L vs.(56.8 ± 10.6)ml/L,P<0.05].Conclusion:New Cytokines the treatment of acute myocardial infarction heart failure after EMERGENCY intervention can improve heart function,improve the therapeutic effect.
