摘要
目的探讨乌鸡白凤丸对大鼠实验性前列腺炎纤维化的影响。方法采用消痔灵注射液前列腺内注射制作慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠模型。观察各组大鼠前列腺病理学改变及组织纤维化程度。结果乌鸡白凤丸能减轻慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠前列腺的炎症反应和纤维化程度(P<0.05)。结论乌鸡白凤丸有改善大鼠慢性非细菌性前列腺炎纤维化的作用,其机制可能与降低TGF-β1的表达有关。
Objective To study the impact of Wujibaifengwan on prostatic fibrosis of rats with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis（CNP）. Methods The model of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis in rats was established by injecting into the prostates with Xiaozhiling solution. The prostatic pathological changes and fibrosis of rats were observed. Results The inflammatory reactions and fibrosis of prostates in rats with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis had been improved after treated with Wujibaifengwan（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Wujibaifengwan is effective to improve the fibrosis of rats with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis. The mechanism is probably related with the decrease production of TGF-β1.
