摘要
目的:通过对口腔修复诊疗操作中存在的医疗风险调查归纳,对修复学并发症有更全面的了解,总结防范风险及针对可能并发症的处置措施。方法:通过Pub Med、CNKI等数据库进行文献检索并对有5年以上临床经验的口腔修复专科医师进行问卷调查,对结果进行归纳总结。结果:30名受调查者中报告并发症13起,按照发生频率降序排列,邻牙损伤3起、周围软组织损伤3起、牙髓意外暴露2起、修复体和小器械的误吞误吸2起、根管预备侧穿1起、髓室底穿通1起、硅橡胶印模取出困难1起,这些是口腔修复诊疗操作中最可能产生的风险或并发症。结论:扎实的口腔医学理论知识、风险防范意识及加强责任心能减少各类并发症的出现,提高医疗质量。
Objective： To investigate complication or medical risks during prosthodontic treatment for more understanding of management or treatment of the complications during the procedures. Methods： Literature searching via Pubmed,CKNI has been performed and questionnaires about medical risks of prosthodontics were given to specialists who had over 5-year clinic experiences. The result were summarized. Results： The complication had been reported for 13 times from the 30 specialists. Adjacent tooth injury, soft tissue injury, pulp exposure, swallowed aspiration of prostheses and small instruments, root perforation, chamber bottom perforation, difficult to remove the impression from mouth were the main risks or complications and were reported for 3, 3, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1 times respectively. Conclusion： An increase of oral health knowledge,safety awareness and professionalism may reduce the occurrence of the complications, and improve the quality of patient care.
