不同PWM调制方式对无刷直流电机调速的影响 被引量:14

Effects of Speeding for Brushless DC Motor on Different PWM Mode

摘要 首先阐述了五种PWM调制方式的调速原理,并且从功率器件能耗的角度出发,给出了PWM调速的选择原则,最终排除了HPWM-LPWM调制方式。然后采用反电动势无位置传感器来获取BLDCM转子位置的方法在PSPICE中建立四种不同PWM调速仿真模型,最后给出了不同PWM调制模式下的控制信号、电枢电压和电流仿真波形。仿真结果表明:在同等输入300V电源电压的情况下,在HPWM-LON调制方式下,除了在续流段电枢电压尖峰达到400 V,电枢电压稳定保持为300 V,而且谐波含量少。而其他三种PWM调制方式电枢电压尖峰最小为420 V,最大达到470 V,而且谐波含量丰富,因此采用HPWM-LON调制方式,相比于其他三种PWM调制方式,更能够保证电机安全平稳的运行。 The paper studied the effects of speeding on different PWM modulation for brushless (BLDCM), and firstly elaborated the speeding principle of five PWM modulation methods ( DC motor ON-PWM, PWM-ON, HPWM-LON, HON-LPWM and HPWM-LPWM). The selection principle of PWM speeding was given from the angle of power device energy consumption, and the HPWM-LPWM modulation was finally excluded. Then the paper built the simulation models of four different PWM speeding by adopting the method of back EMF and without position sensor to obtain the rotor position in PSPICE, and at last wave the simula- tion waveforms of control signals, armature voltages and currents for different modes of PWM. The simulation results show that the armature voltage maintains the stability of 300 V and the harmonic content is little, and except the freewheeling segment armature voltage spikes up to 400 V under the same input power supply volt- age 300 V case. While the armature voltage spikes for the minimum of 420 V, and the maximum reaches 470 V, and also the harmonic contents are rich for the other three PWM modulation methods. Therefore, HPWM-LON modulation can be more safe and stable operation for motor compared with the other three PWM modulation methods.
