摘要
采用中空纤维膜接触器,蛋氨酸合钴溶液为吸收剂去除烟气中的NO.考察了烟气的气体流速、进气浓度,蛋氨酸合钴溶液的温度、pH值、流量和SO2浓度对NO去除率和传质系数的影响.结果表明,采用膜吸收法,以质量分数0.1%的蛋氨酸合钴溶液作为吸收剂,当NO进气流速为0.027m/s,进气浓度为626.12 mg/m3,吸收剂温度为50℃,流量为4.28×10-6m3/s,pH为8时,传质系数为1.95×10-5 m/s,NO去除率最大能达到98%左右,且在2h内保持在80%以上.进一步研究表明,模拟气体中SO2浓度的增加对NO去除率无显著的影响,且SO2吸收率将近100%.
A new method to remove NO from flue gas with cobalt methionine solution in hollow fiber membrane contactor was developed.The effects of flow velocity and concentration of NO,temperature,pH value and flow velocity of cobalt methionine solution,as well as SO2 concentration on NO removal efficiency and overall mass transfer coefficient were investigated.Experimental results show that NO removal efficiency can be reached 98%and can be maintained as high as 80%for more than 2h,when inlet NO flow velocity is 0.027m/s with concentration of 626.12mg/m^3 and absorbent pH is 8with flow rate of4.28×10-6 m^3/s at 50 ℃.Meanwhile,the mass transfer coefficient is about 1.95×10-5 m/s under the same operation conditions.In addition,the coexsited SO2 in flue gas has no obvious influence on NO removal and can be completely removed at the same time.
