摘要
分别研究了在自然光照、不同热氧温度、紫外线辐射的老化条件下该材料吸附极限载荷的变化状况,提出了"最大承载损失率"的概念,从宏观力学性能与细观形貌两方面分析了材料的变化情况,发现该材料受温度影响最大,最大承载损失率达到了48.9%。该材料的吸附能力在老化初始阶段下降很快,随着老化时间的增加逐渐趋于平稳,但仍具有一定的吸附能力。该研究结合宏观力学测试与细观外貌特征的综合表征材料吸附性能的检测方法,具有较强的工程应用性。
In order to analyze the influence of natural conditions on the adsorption properties of SEBS colloid material ,this paper studies on the change state of the ultimate load of adsorption material under the aging condition of natural light , thermal oxidative at different temperatures and UV radiation , and proposes a concept of “the loss rate of the maximum load” ,analyzes the changes of material from two aspects of the macro mechanical properties and micro morphology .It is found that the material is most affected by the temperature , and the loss rate of the maximum load can reach 48 .9% .The adsorption capacity of the material is decreased quickly in the initial stage of aging and tends to be stable with the increase of the aging time gradually ,but it still has a certain adsorption capacity at the moment . This study uses the comprehensive characterization method combined with the macro mechanical test and the microscopic features for the detection of the adsorption properties of material have a strong engineering application .
