摘要
桔梗作为我国传统的常用药食两用中药品种之一,因其临床疗效可靠,应用范围广泛,深受人们关注。中药功用产生的原因之一在于中药材在生长过程当中积累了一定量的初级或次级代谢产物。这些代谢产物有着不同的生理活性,进而形成了中药的各种功用。本文对近年来国内外有关桔梗的研究进展进行综述,从化学成分出发探讨了桔梗的功用,总结了其部分利用途径,为桔梗资源的开发与利用提供参考。
Platycodon grondiflonm（ Jacq.） A. DC. is one of Chinese medicinal herbs and foods deserves additional attention because of its reliable clinical efficacy and wide uses. One cause of traditional Chinese drug＇s function is the primary or secondary metabolites which are accumulated during the growth process of medicinal herbs. These metabolites have different physiological activities and develop the various functions of traditional Chinese medicine. After summarized the domestic and overseas research of Platycodon grandiflorum in recent years,a review about the progress of Platycodon grandiflorum research was approved. A thorough inquiry between Platycodon grandiflorum chemical composition and its biological activity and the rational utilization methods were outlined and it provided some references for the characteristics of the development and utilization of resources as well.
