摘要
本文运用PERT网络计划,对工程项目进行事前计划与控制,结合横道图、挣值法相结合,对项目进度进行实时监控,进行案例分析后,得出结论:PERT网络的事前计划对项目的实施有较好的规划效果,能够保证项目按计划完成。
Using PERT network plan,advance planning and control of the project,combined with the Gantt chart and earned value method,real- time monitoring of the project schedule,and the case analysis,the author makes a conclusion that PERT network plan in advance of the project implementation has better effect for planning to ensure the project is completed according to the plan.
