摘要
针对城市轨道交通建设管理模式,对国际范围内城市轨道管理模式进行了梳理;通过分析国内"代建制"管理模式、施工总承包模式、BT模式三类常见管理模式,从特点与影响因素上,对我国当前城市轨道交通建设管理模式进行了分析;针对我国城市轨道交通建设管理现状,分析当前存在的问题并提出相应对策。
This paper gave a general introduction of international management modes of urban rail transit construction. Domestic contract management mode, construction contract mode and BT mode were described to analyze the management mode of domestic urban rail transit construction on the aspects of characteristics and influencing factors. Existing problems were analyzed and related countermeasures were proposed with consideration of status quo of domestic urban rail transit construction management.
