铝合金杆退火对铝合金导线性能的影响 被引量:12

摘要 对Al-Fe系铝合金热轧杆进行了再结晶退火。实验研究了不同状态铝合金杆拉制导线的电导率、抗拉强度和伸长率。实验结果表明退火铝合金杆具有较高的加工硬化率,退火铝合金杆拉制的导线与热轧杆直接拉制的导线强度相当,导电率提高约0.5%IACS,伸长率提高30%以上。导线导电率的提高与退火可部分消除铸造和轧制过程中形成的晶体缺陷有关。 Hot rolled rod of Al-Fe system aluminum alloy has carried on the recrystallization annealing. The conductivity,tensile strength and elongation of wire drawn with aluminum alloy rod at different annealing are experimentally studied. The experimental results show that annealed aluminum alloy rod has higher work hardening rate,and the wire drawn with annealed aluminum alloy rod goes near to the strength of that direct drawn with hot rolled rod to increase about 0. 5% IACS in electrical conductivity and 30% above in elongation. The improvement of electrical conductivity of wire is associated with that annealing may partly eliminate crystal defects formed during casting and rolling.
