摘要
在煤炭焦化、热解和气化等高值化利用过程中,需对原料煤进行分级破碎调湿等预处理以达到使用要求。因此,对煤炭分级破湿处理技术进行了研究探析,分析了这些技术的特点和发展趋势。研究表明,煤炭分级调湿一体化类技术是煤炭分级调湿预处理技术未来的发展趋势,尤其是流化-气流复合床一体化技术,应着重研发这类技术,为满足煤炭高值化利用提供满足要求的原料。
Before coking, pyrolysis or gasification of coal, feed coal need be retreated, such as coal graded crushing, moisture control and so on. In this paper, the coal graded crushing and moisture control technology was analyzed and studied, and characteristics and development tread of the technology were discussed. The results show that, the coal graded crushing and moisture control technology is the development trend of coal pretreatment technology, especially the technology of fluidization- entrained flow bed, which should be emphatically developed.
