摘要
在保留化工原理实验独立单元操作实验的基础上,将单元操作进行串联,组合为流体流动—输送机械—传热联合实验、四塔变压吸附实验、萃取—精馏综合实验,将实验过程与现代化生产技术装备相结合,增强学生对化工生产过程的整体和综合观念,更多了解当今化工的发展水平与趋势,跟踪学科的新进展。教学实践表明,该实验教学改革丰富了实验教学内容,激发了学生的学习积极性,培养了学生实践技能、工程意识和创新能力。
On the basis of retaining independent unit operations experiment of principles of chemical engineering,the unit operations were coupled.The combination experiments were included fluid flow -conveying machinery -heat transfer,four -column pressure swing adsorption and extraction -rectification.The experiment reform riches the experiment teaching content,inspires students’inter-esting,cultivates students’practice ability,engineering consciousness and innovative ability.
