摘要
MOOCs(大规模开放在线课程)作为一种全新的教育模式,正以迅猛的速度给全球带来一场全新的教育革命,对正处于社会急剧转型背景下的我国高校的实验教学与管理具有十分重要的意义。为适应时代发展的要求,高校的实验教学与管理工作必须与时俱进,通过树立新型的人才培养理念、建设一支素质过硬的实验教学队伍、转变实验教学和管理模式,在MOOCs背景下探索出一条新的具有中国特色的实验教学和管理新模式。
MOOCs （massive open online courses）as a new education mode,which has brought the world a brand -new education rev-olution.It is great significant to the colleges and universityies lab teaching and management under the social transformation back-ground.In order to adapt to the requirement of times development,management of lab teaching work must keep pace with the times.Through setting up the new concept of talent training,building a good team of experiment teaching,changing experiment teaching and management mode,we are going to explore the new Chinese characteristics mode of experiment teaching and management under the background of MOOCs.
