2型糖尿病患者TNF-α、IL-6及CRP与胰岛素抵抗相关性研究 被引量:17

摘要 目的:探讨胰岛素抵抗与肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及C反应蛋白(CRP)之间的关系及意义。方法:选择2012年8月-2014年8月在我院内分泌科住院的共111例2型糖尿病患者,分别根据各自的体重指数(BMI)分为肥胖组(BMI〉25)和正常体重组(BMI 18~25),各组分别测定血清空腹血糖(FBG)水平及空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平,应用放免法检测空腹血清TNF-α、CRP及IL-6的水平,并进行相关统计学分析。结果:肥胖组患者血清血糖、TNF-α、CRP及IL-6水平及HOMA-IR显著高于正常体重组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01);TNF-α、CRP及IL-6水平与HOMA-IR存在显著正相关(P〈0.01)。结论:2型糖尿病患者TNF-α、CRP及IL-6水平与HOMA-IR存在显著相关性,检测2型糖尿病患者TNF-α、CRP及IL-6水平可了解其炎性反应水平及胰岛素抵抗的发生情况。 Objective:To study TNF-α,IL-6,CRP and Insulin Resistance(IR)in Type 2diabetes and to explore the relationship of them.Methods:A total 111 Type 2diabetes patients visiting the department of endocrinology in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2014 were selected,and divided into 2groups according to the body mass index,including the obesity group(BMI25)and normal weight group(BMI 18~25).The FBG,FINS,TNF-α,IL-6,CRP were measured and IR were calculated in all the research objects,and to conduct statistical analysis.Results:The FBG,TNF-α,IL-6,CRP level and HOMA-IR in the obesity group were higher than the normal weight group(P〈0.01),and HOMA-IR were positive correlated with the TNF-α,IL-6,CRP level(P〈0.01).Conclusion:The TNF-α,IL-6,CRP level and HOMA-IR were found significantly correlation,the inflammatory response and IR in Type 2diabetes can be known by detecting the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6and CRP.
