摘要
目的探讨改良体位对减少导管异位的作用。方法选取2009年12月至2012年1月行PICC置管的患者105例为传统组,采用传统体位;选取2012年11月至2015年2月PICC置管的259例患者为改良组,采用改良体位。观察两组置管的异位率。结果改良组置管异位率较传统组显著降低,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论改良体位可有效减少PICC置管患者的导管异位,提高穿刺成功率,减少患者的痛苦。
Objective To explore the effect of improved posture on reducing malposition of peripherally inserted central catheters（PICC）.Methods A total of 105 patients receiving PICC placement from December 2009 to January 2012 were selected as the control group,another 259 patients receiving PICC placement from November 2012 to February 2015 were chosen as the improved group.The former group was put traditional posture during PICC placement,while the latter was done in improved position.The rate of catheter malposition was compared between the two groups.Results The catheter malposition rate of the improved group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Modified position can effectively reduce the incidence rate of PICC malposition and improve the success rate of puncturing,thus alleviating patients′pain.
