摘要
目的探讨自制充气抗痉挛手套在脑卒中偏瘫患者手功能康复中的应用效果。方法选取脑卒中偏瘫患者120例,随机分为对照组和干预组各60例。对照组接受神经内科常规药物治疗及康复护理;干预组在对照组基础上每天使用自制充气抗痉挛手套18h,以保持患侧肢体正常功能位。采用Lindmark手功能评定量表评估比较两组入院时及出院后1、3、6个月患侧手功能。结果两组偏瘫侧手功能评分比较,干预主效应、时间主效应均P<0.01。结论自制充气抗痉挛手套用于脑卒中偏瘫患者可预防手掌痉挛,有效改善偏瘫侧手功能。
Objective To investigate the effects of inflatable and anti-spasm gloves on recovery of hand function for stroke survivors with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 120 stroke patients were randomly divided into a control group（n=60）and an intervention group（n=60）.Both groups were subjected basic neurological therapy and rehabilitation training,and the intervention group were asked to put on inflatable and anti-spasm gloves for 18 hours per day additionally.Lindmark scores were used to assess the effect of the intervention on admission and 1,3and 6 months after admission.Results The average Lindmark score group effect and time effect between the 2groups had significant（P〈0.01 for both）.Conclusion Homemade inflatable and anti-spasm gloves can prevent spasm in hands and improve hand function of the affected hands.
