摘要
红外光学系统在民用和国防领域都具有广泛的应用。现代战争经常在夜间进行,迫切需要能够在夜间进行目标跟踪、侦察、搜索及瞄准的红外仪器,因而红外光学系统的发展和研究也越来越受到各国的重视。红外变焦光学系统有很多优点,可以全天候工作,环境适应能力强。但同时变焦光学系统设计也很复杂,尤其是当变倍比要求比较高时,其设计变得愈加困难。本文采用机械补偿式变焦结构,针对640×512元非制冷探测器,设计了一款6X红外连续变焦光学系统。经实验验证,该系统满足各项设计指标,在20mm^120mm焦距范围上实现了连续平滑变焦,并具有较高分辨率,成像质量接近衍射极限,并且成本相对较低,能够适应日常大范围全天候的监测系统需求。
Infrared optical system has many applications in the civilian and the field defense. Wars often take place at night. Infrared optical system is used to trace,observe,aim,search area and aim. Therefore,many countries pay attention to the research and studying of infrared zoom system. Infrared zoom optical system gives many advantages such as day-night and all-weather work. However,the design of zoom optical system is very complex,especially when the zoom ratio is required high. This paper uses mechanical compensation structure,and designs a LWIR continuous 6 X zoom optical system with 640 × 512 un-cooled infrared thermal detector. With the experimental verification,this zoom system fits all the design parameters. It can continuously and smoothly in all 20 mm ~ 120 mm focus lengthens range. The system has high image quality,diffraction limit nearly and lower cost. It is confirmed to meet the demands of daily monitor system at all weather conditions.
