摘要
[目的]筛选小麦甲基二磺隆安全剂,为甲基二磺隆在小麦上的安全使用提供参考。[方法]研究吡唑解草酯、双苯恶唑酸、环丙磺酰胺3种安全剂对甲基二磺隆除草活性的影响。[结果]小麦对甲基二磺隆比较敏感,株高和鲜质量抑制中浓度(EC50)值分别为0.20和0.86 mg/L。双苯恶唑酸及环丙环酰胺无法有效降低甲基二磺隆对小麦的药害,吡唑解草酯对小麦的保护效果较好,不同剂量甲基二磺隆与吡唑解草酯0.250、0.50、1.00 mg/L混用时,对小麦株高的EC50值分别为0.70、0.59、0.89 mg/L,分别较甲基二磺隆单独使用提高了3.50、2.95、4.45倍,显著提高了小麦对甲基二磺隆的耐药性。但通过盆栽法测定表明,甲基二磺隆与吡唑解草酯1∶2混用对节节麦的防效较甲基二磺隆单独使用下降均在10%以上。[结论]吡唑解草酯对小麦甲基二磺隆药害的缓解效果较好,但同时增加了节节麦对甲基二磺隆的耐药性。
[ Objective ] Mesosulfuron-methyl safener on wheat was screened out to provide reference for application of mesosulfuron-methyl. [ Method] Effects of three safener llke isoxadlfen-ethyl, cyclopropanesulfonamide and mefenpyr-diethyl on the herbicidal activity of mesosulfu- ron-methyl were studied. [ Result] Wheat was sensitive for mesosulfuron-methyl, the height and fresh quality EC50 were 0.20 and 0.86 mg/L, respectively. Isoxadifen-ethyl and eyclopropanesulfonamide were unable to effectively relieve the phytotoxicity of mesosulfuron-methyl, but mefenpyr-diethyl could increase the resistance of wheat to mesosulfuron-methyl. When the mefenpyr-diethyl' s does of 0.25, 0.50 and 1.00 mg/L were mixed to use, the ECho of mesosulfuron-methyl on wheat height were 0.70, 0.59 and 0.89 mg/L, respeetively, and the resistance of wheat were inereased about 3.50, 2.95 and 4.45 times, respectively. However, when the mesosulfuron-methyl and mefenpyr-diethyl mixed according to the ratio of 1 : 2 were used on Aegilops tauschii, the herbicidal activity was reduced 10% at least compared with the mesosulfuron- methyl single used. [ Conclusion ] Mefenpyr-diethyl can reduce the phytotoxieity of mesosulfuron-methyl on wheat best, but increases the re- sistance of Aegilops tauschii to mesosulfuron-methy] at the same time.
