摘要
目的探讨分析坎地沙坦联合辛伐他汀治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法选取2014年8月-2015年4月本院泌尿科收治的130例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,分别给予坎地沙坦联合辛伐他汀治疗和单纯坎地沙坦治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、生化指标、肾功能指标及不良反应。结果实验组患者临床有效率、显效率比对照组患者高（93.85%比81.54%,66.15%比36.92%）,实验组患者治疗后SBP、DBP、TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、HbA1c改善更显著,实验组患者治疗后蛋白/肌酐比（ACR）、视黄醛结合蛋白（RBP）、N-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷酶（NAG）较对照组患者显著下降,肾小球滤过率（GFR）较对照组患者显著上升,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.001）。结论坎地沙坦联合辛伐他汀治疗糖尿病肾病可显著提高临床疗效,改善生化指标,提高患者肾功能,且不良反应少,值得进一步在临床上推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of Candesartan combined with Simvastatin in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 130 patients with diabetic nephropathy cared at De-partment of Urology of our hospital from August 2014 to April 2015 were selected in this study.All the pa-tients were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.Patients of the experimental group were given Candesartan combined with Simvastatin and the control group received Candesartan alone.A comparison of clinical efficacy,biochemical indicators,renal function indexes and adverse reactions between the two groups was done. Results The clinical effective rate and the obvious effective rate of the experimental group were higher than the control group （93.85% vs.81.54%,66.15% vs.36.92%）.SBP,DBP,TG,TC, LDL C,HDL C,HbA1c in the experimental group improved more significantly.After treatment,the levels of albumin creatinine ratio （ACR）,of retinal binding protein （RBP）and of N-Acetyl-β-D-Glucosaminidase （NAG）in the experimental group were significantly decreased,and glomerular filtration rate （GFR）were sig-nificantly elevated,by comparing to the control group,there were all statistically significant differences （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.001）. Conclusion Candesartan combined with Simvastatin in treatment of diabetic nephropa-thy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,the biochemical indicators and renal function,and has less adverse reactions;it is worth further application in clinical practice.
