摘要
论述了如何在以SIMOTION D435为控制器的机床中通过手轮来控制各个轴的运动,在该运动控制当中,手轮作为同步运动的主轴,各个进给轴作为从轴。该控制方法的实现需要2个步骤:首先,手轮的硬件设计,包括手轮与控制器的硬件连接和手轮在软件上的硬件配置两部分;其次,手轮的软件设计,包括同步指令的使用和同步程序的设计两部分。该控制方法在生产调试当中取得了很好的控制效果。
How to use handwheels to control the movement of each axis in the machine tool controlled by SIMOTION D435 was described. In the synchronous movement, the handwheel was the master, and the axis was the slave. The realization of this control method needed two steps:first, the hardware design of the handwheel, including the hardware connection between the handwheel and the controller and the hardware configuration of the handwheel on the software;next, the software design of the handwheel, including the use of synchronous instruction and the program design of synchronization. This control method has achieved good control effect in the debugging of the production.
