摘要
仪器实验平台在高校科研教学、人才培养以及科技创新中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文立足于同济大学污染控制与资源化国家重点实验室分析平台的开放管理经验,对实验室制度、实验人员培养、仪器设备管理、仪器使用制度、对外开放与收费以及安全管理等方面存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了改进建议。强调开放与管理并重,安全与灵活兼顾,以实验室资源利用最大化为目标,实现科学化规范化运转。
Instrument management platform is considered as one of the most active roles of research and teaching,personnel development and technological innovation in universities. The paper focused on the experience and suggestions of the state key laboratory of pollution control and resource reuse in Tongji University. These included laboratory rules and regulations,technician training arrangement,instruments management,opening rules and charging regulations etc.Establishing a safe and flexible lab system is important for the opening and management of a large-scale-instrument platform,especially for its scientific and normalized operation and maximum utilization of instruments.
