摘要
艾滋病作为一种新发传染病,传统医学没有明确的记载,近年来根据其传播方式、发病特点、临床表现以及预后转归等方面,多属于中医"疫病""伏气温病""虚劳""阴阳易"等范畴。随着中医药治疗艾滋病的深入,医家们对艾滋病中医病因病机、证候分布及演变规律等基础理论方面进行了大量的研究,取得了一定的成果,为中医药防治艾滋病临床研究奠定了理论基础。笔者在文献综述的基础上,结合课题组在艾滋病中医基础研究的实践,探讨艾滋病中医基础理论体系的构建,以更好地发挥其在中医药防治艾滋病中的指导作用。
HIV/AIDS, as a kind of new infectious diseases, there are no clear records about it in traditional Chinese medicine. In recent years, according to its means of spreading, infection characteristics, clinical manifestation, prognosis of outcome, and so on, it belongs to ‘epidemic disease＇, ‘hidden qi-warm diseases＇, ‘consumptive disease＇, ‘yin yang transmission＇ in traditional Chinese medicine. With the deepening of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of AIDS, it has obtained certain achievements through the subject of AIDS in TCM etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome distribution and evolution, etc, laid a theoretical basis for AIDS prevention and treatment of Chinese medicine clinical research. Based on literature review, combined with the practice in the basic research of traditional Chinese medicine HIV/AIDS, the author discussed the construction of the basic TCM theoretical system of AIDS, in order to better play its guiding role in AIDS prevention and treatment by Chinese medicine.
