摘要
洪广祥教授为第二届国医大师,从医50余年,创造性地提出了一系列学术观点:"治肺不远温""全程温法治疗哮病""治痰治瘀以治气为先""补虚泻实是慢性阻塞性肺疾病的全程治则"等,以及许多古方新用的新思路。文章将洪广祥教授部分学术思想作扼要阐述,以供广大同道学习。
Professor HONG Guang-xiang, one of national masters of TCM in the second session, who had devoted to clinincal practice for more than 50 years. He creatively put forward a series of academic viewpoints, such as ‘treating pulmonary diseases with warming therapeutic method＇, ‘treat asthma with warming therapeutic method throughout the entire treatment period＇, ‘treating qi in priority for treating phlegm and stasis ＇ and ‘reinforcing deficiency and reducing excess is the therapeutic principle for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, throughout the entire treatment period＇. He also put forward some new thoughts on using ancient classical prescription of TCM. For peer fellows to learn it better, part of academic thoughts of our supervisor professor was briefly summarized in this article.
