适度运动对高龄老年慢性心力衰竭患者心功能和生活质量的影响被引量：5

摘要目的探讨适度运动锻炼对高龄(≥80岁)老年人慢性心力衰竭(CHF)恢复的影响。方法选在我院住院的高龄老年CHF患者240例,按照入院顺序随机分为运动组与对照组,每组120例,两组均按照"慢性心力衰竭治疗指南"给予药物治疗,运动组在严格的药物治疗基础上进行运动锻炼。结果两组治疗后心功能指标、生活质量及运动耐量情况较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗组改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论适度的运动锻炼可以有效地改善心功能和运动耐量,提高高龄老年CHF患者的生活质量。
