摘要
以木粉、硅溶胶、纳米氧化铝为原料,制备出了氧化铝木陶瓷,利用TG-DSC对橡胶木粉、硅溶胶的热分解过程进行了研究,通过扫描电镜、EDS能谱、红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对样品的形貌及结构进行了表征,研究了不同烧结温度及不同氧化铝添加量对木陶瓷残炭率的影响。实验结果表明,在烧结温度为1000℃,木粉∶硅溶胶∶氧化铝质量比为1∶2∶08时,得到了含有晶须状莫来石结构的氧化铝木陶瓷。
A new woodceramics was fabricated from wood power, colloid silica and nano-alumina. TG-DSC was applied to reveal the pyrolysis behavior of oak powder and colloid silica. Scanning electron microscope(SEM), EDS, and FT-IR were employed to characterize and analyze the microstructures and chemical structure. And the effect of stierring temperature and the ratio of alumina on carbon yield was disused. The results show that the woodceramics containing mullite nano-fiber structure was prepared at stierring temperature 1000 ℃ and the ratio of wood power, colloid silica and nano-alumina 1 ∶ 2 ∶ 08.
