摘要 提出一种新的通过调节气隙实现电感量变化的可调电抗器原理。该可调电抗器采用单相双绕组形式,在铁轭中设置了一个受控移动的磁楔,通过调节磁楔插入铁轭的深度来改变磁路中气隙大小,从而实现了电抗器电感值的连续无级可调。结合类比电路进行磁路分析,推导出电感值计算公式;优化一套适用于磁楔式可调电抗器的主要计算公式,并编制设计程序;制作一台实验样机,绘制其电感调节特性曲线。结果表明:电感值与磁楔插入的深度成一次函数关系式;磁楔完全插入时,电感值最大;磁楔完全抽出时,电感值最小;当磁楔未插入且与铁轭距离很近时,磁楔的位置对电感值也是有影响的。 A new kind of adjustable reactor principle was presented which achieves the inductance value changed by adjusting the air gap. In the adjustable reactor,a form of single-phase and double-winding were adopted,a controlled moveable magnetic-wedge was set in the upper yoke,by adjusting the depth of magnetic-wedge inserted in upper yoke the air gap size was changed in the magnetic circuit,and the continuous stepless adjustment of the inductance value was achieved. Combined with the analogy electric circuits its magnetic circuit was analyzed,and its inductance formula was deduced; the main design formula was optimized for applying on this magnetic-wedge adjustable reactor,and a design program was made;an experimental prototype was produced,and its adjustable inductance curve was plotted. The result shows that the relationship between inductance value and the depth of magnetic-wedge inserted is a linear function; the inductance value is maximum,when magnetic-wedge is fully inserted; while the inductance value becomes the minimum one,when magnetic-wedge is fully pulled out; when magnetic-wedge is close to the upper yoke but not inserted,the position of magnetic-wedge can also affect inductance value.
