摘要
"十八大"报告特别强调生态环境建设,明确提出生态文明建设是"五位"一体的中国特色社会主义事业总体布局之一,人地关系协调研究也成为生态文明建设的重要命题。以具有中国缩影之称的经济大省、工业大省、人口大省与资源大省山东省为例,构建协调度、耦合度、响应度模型,探讨山东省人地关系演进趋势,并识别人地关系演进的驱动因素。研究表明:11991-2012年山东省人类活动强度呈逐步上升趋势,由0.410上升至0.819,资源环境水平呈小幅度波动下降趋势,由0.736下降至0.537;2人类活动强度与资源环境水平的协调度基本在0.959以上,属于高水平协调,由磨合阶段向高水平耦合阶段演变;3资源环境水平对人类活动强度的响应具有对应性和连续性,始终表现出负效应特征,但胁迫效应幅度逐年缩小,回归分析发现市场化程度和区域开发效率是胁迫效应逐年缩小的主要驱动因素。研究为人地关系演进趋势及其驱动因素的理论与实证研究提供一定的指导和借鉴。
The 18th National Congress especially emphasized ecological environment construction and clearly put forward that ecological civilization construction is one of the socialism with Chinese characteristics' entire distributions. The coordination of man- earth relationship is important issue for ecological civilization construction' s. Taking Shandong Province, as an example this paper constructs coordination degree, coupling degree and responsivity model, and explores evolution driving factors of men-land relationship of Shandong Province. The results show that: ①In 1991 -2012, Shandong Province's human activity intensity was gradually rising, from 0.736 to 0.819 ; resources and environmental level showed a downward trend, from 0.736 to 0. 537. ②Coordination degree of human Human activity intensity and resources and environment level was over 0.959, Which was at the high level of coordination and evolved from friction phase to high level of coupling phase. ③The response of resources and environment level to human activity intensity had allelism and continuity, which showed a characteristic of negative effect; however, the range of stress effect was reduced year by year, Marketization degree and regional development efficiency were main driving factors for the Shrink of negative effect. This research can provide guidance and reference to theoretical and empirical study of men-land relationship evolution trend and driving factor.
