摘要
针对港口主运输胶带运煤流量的日益提高,为保证煤炭机械化采样设备在移动煤流采样过程中所得的初级子样的数量,结合煤炭机械化采样的相关标准,探讨了对机械化煤炭采制样设备的技术改造方案及相应的实践。研究表明:通过增加子处理系统等技改后,可提高原有系统的处理煤炭初级子样能力及在线制样能力,即可提高原有采制样设备系统的破碎能力、缩分能力、收集能力及系统处理能力,可实现高运煤流量下的机械化煤炭采样。
Regarding to the increasing flow of coal transportation on main transportation belt in port,and in order to ensure the primary increment amount of mechanized coal sampling equipment obtained in process of moving coal stream sampling,and moreover,combining with the related standards,the technological transformation plan and corresponding practice of mechanized coal sampling machine were discussed.The results showed that:through technological transformation like adding sub-processing dealing system,the treatment capacity of primary increment and online sample preparation capacity of existing system could be improved,it also meant that the crushing capacity,divison ability,collection ability and system treatment ability of existing sampling system could be improved,so the mechanized coal sampling in high coal transportation flow could be achieved.
