摘要
目的探讨人工膝关节置换术后深静脉血检形成（DVT）的预防性护理方法。方法选择2013年8月~2015年2月在我院接受人工髋膝关节置换术治疗的72例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组（36例）和观察组（36例）。术后观察组患者给予预防DVT专项护理,对照组患者给予常规护理,比较两组患者的DVT发生率。结果术后6个月,观察组深静脉血栓形成发生率（0）低于对照组（11.11%）,组间差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论人工髋膝关节置换术后,积极给予患者预防性护理措施,可有效降低DVT发生率。
Objective To explore the efficacy of the preventive nursing method in deep vein blood after knee joint arthroplasty（DVT）. Methods From August 2013 to February 2015 we chose 72 hip knee arthroplasty patients as the research object,were randomly divided into control group（36 cases）and observation group（36 cases）. To give special nursing methods to prevent DVT in patients with postoperative group,control group with routine nursing care,compared two groups of patients the incidence of DVT. Results After 6 months,the observation group incidence of deep vein thrombosis（0）was significantly lower than the control group（11.11%）,the difference between group,P〈0.05. Conclusion After artificial hip knee arthroplasty,giving patients with preventive nursing measures actively,can effectively reduce the incidence of DVT.
