我国混凝土构件的结构性能检验方法述评 被引量:4

摘要 目前我国混凝土构件的结构性能检验方法主要源于1976年颁布的国家标准TJ 321—1976《建筑安装工程质量检验评定标准:钢筋混凝土预制构件工程》。依据建筑工业化的基本思想及其发展情况,利用结构可靠度理论和统计学方法,详细介绍了我国各时期的结构性能检验方法,并对其进行了评价。指出在近四十年的时间里,混凝土结构的设计方法已发生根本变化,国内外不断推进的建筑工业化对结构性能检验也提出了更高的要求,但结构性能检验的基本方法并未发生变化,其在基本判定方法、判定标准和适用范围上滞后于设计方法的发展和建筑工业化的需要,需建立以结构可靠度理论和统计学为基础的混凝土构件的结构性能检验的概率方法。为此,介绍和分析了国外的相关研究,指出其尚不能为建立混凝土构件的结构性能检验概率方法提供完备、合理的基础;并按现行设计方法的可靠度控制方式,提出建立混凝土构件的结构性能检验概率方法的基本途径。 The present method for inspecting structural performances of concrete components in our country stems mostly from that in national standard TJ 321—1976 promulgated in 1976. The basic concept of the building industrialization and its development at home and abroad are briefly introduced. According to the theory of structural reliability and statistics,the inspection of structural performances method for each period in our country are introduced and commented. And it is pointed out that the design method of concrete structures has been changed fundamentally in recent 40 years,and the building industrialization promoted constantly at home and abroad has been putting forward higher requirements also to inspection of structural performances,but the basic method for inspecting structural performances has not been changed. The inspection of structural performances method is actually lagging behind the developments of design method and the demands of building industrialization with respects to its basic judgment method,judgment standard and applicable scope,it becomes necessary to advance probabilistic method for inspecting structural performances based on theory of structural reliability and statistics. Therefore,the related research abroad are introduced and commented on,which could not lay perfect and rational foundation for advancing probabilistic inspection method yet; according to the reliability control mode of present design method,the basic approach to advancing probabilistic method for inspecting structural performances is proposed.
