摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理在外科患者中的应用效果;方法:回顾性分析2012年5月-2014年5月笔者所在科室收治的外科患者180例的临床资料,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各90例。其中对照组患者予以常规护理,研究组患者在常规护理基础上予以舒适护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果:在两组患者的护理结果方面,对照组患者护理满意度为68.9%,研究组患者护理满意度为96.7%,研究组患者的护理满意度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用舒适护理可以显著控制外科患者的负面情绪,提高患者的护理满意度,临床上有重要应用价值。
Objective：To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in surgical patients.Method：180 cases of surgical patients in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2014 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,90 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,The study group on the basis of routine nursing care was given comfortable nursing care,the effects of two groups were compared.Result：The results of two groups,the nursing satisfaction of the control group was 68.9%,the study group was 96.7%,the study group was better than that of the control group,there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comfort care can significantly control surgery patients with negative emotions,improve the patients＇ satisfaction to nursing care,has an important application value in clinic.
