摘要
目的了解石家庄市社区卫生服务中心临床检验工作现状,为提升社区卫生服务中心检验服务质量和能力提供参考依据。方法采用问卷调查和抽样现场核查相结合方式进行调查,运用SPSS 16.0软件进行描述性分析。结果社区卫生服务中心检验人员大专及以下学历占80%,初级职称人员占66%;社区卫生服务中心检验科均配置了全自动血液分析仪、尿液分析仪、生化分析仪、显微镜和离心机;除生化检验室内质控开展率为88%,血常规室内质控开展率为19%外,其余检验项目均未开展室内质量控制,且仅有12%的社区卫生服务中心检验科参加了市临床检验中心组织的室间质量评价。结论石家庄市社区卫生服务中心临床检验工作存在一定问题,需采取措施提升社区卫生服务中心临床检验服务质量和能力。
Objective To investigate the current situation of clinical laboratories in shijiazhuang community health centers,so as to provide bases for upgrading service quality and capacity in community health service centers. Methods Combination of questionnaire and on-site verification in sampling sites was used to investigate,and the descriptive analysis was performed with SPSS 16. 0 software. Results In community health service centers,clinical laboratory workers with college education degree and the below accounted for 80%,junior staff accounted for 66%; all community health service centers were equipped with automatic blood analyzer,urine analyzer,biochemistry analyzer,microscope and centrifuge; Except the carrying out rate of indoor quality control in the biochemical laboratory and in the blood chamber was 88%,19%,respectively,the rest of the inspection items are not carried out the indoor quality control. Only 12% clinical labs of community health centers participated in external quality assessment. Conclusion There are certain problems in the clinical laboratories in Shijiazhuang community health centers,measures should be taken to improve the service quality and capacity in community health service centers.
