摘要
文章在分析大型基础设施建设及其风险管理特点基础上,总结了大型基础设施建设项目中存在的界面风险,提出了基于任务—组织和流程的界面风险管理整合模型。文章最后提出在界面管理的经济性、协调性和可靠性三个方面对大型基础设施建设项目界面风险整合管理的有效性进行评价。
Based on the analysis of large-scale infrastructure construction and its risk management characteristics, the interface risk existing in the large infrastructure construction project was summarized, and interface risk management integration model based on task- organization-process was proposed. At last, the effectiveness of integrated interface risk management for large infrastructure projects was evaluated from the aspects of coordination, economy and the reliability of interface management.
