摘要
本文报道了发生在口腔牙龈的Burkitt淋巴瘤1例。患者男性,27岁,临床表现为下唇麻木伴疼痛1月。专科检查发现患者36、37颊侧牙龈区见一大小约2.0cm×1.5cm×0.5cm肿物。影像学检测显示,36、37牙周膜增宽,周围骨质呈低密度影像,边界不清。病理学观察发现,肿瘤由淋巴样细胞组成。肿瘤细胞大小一致,其中散在巨噬细胞,呈"星空"现象。本文就Burkitt淋巴瘤的发病、临床特征、诊断及鉴别诊断、治疗原则及预后等进行了讨论和文献复习。
A case of patient with Burkitt lymphoma of oral gingival was reported in this paper. The patient was male, 27-years-old with lower lip numbness and pain for 1 month. Special examination showed a 2.0cm ×1.5cm ×0.5cm tumor located in 36 and 37 of the buccal gingiva. Imaging tests revealed a broadened periodontal membrane. The surrounding bone was low density image with not clear boundary. Histopathologically, the tumor was composed of a lot of lymphoid cells with many macrophages and showed a ＂star＂ phenomenon. In this paper, the incidence, clinical feature,diagnosis and differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of Burkitt lymphoma were discussed. The relative literatures were reviewed.
