摘要
对三角帆蚌造型珍珠、外套膜无核珍珠、外套膜有核珍珠和内脏团有核珍珠培育技术研究现状进行了综述,包括造型珍珠培育的模核种类及其特点、手术蚌的选择、植核手术操作要求等,外套膜无核珍珠、有核珍珠培育制片蚌和育珠蚌的选择、手术操作等,以及内脏团珍珠培育的制片蚌、手术蚌选择、植核部位和存在的技术问题等,提出了开展内脏团植核培育优质大型高档珍珠的研究建议。
An overview on the production of composite pearl,non-nucleated pearl and nucleated pearl of freshwater pearl mussel Hyriopsis cumingii was presented,including the types and characteristics of model nucleus,the choosing of host pearl mussel,and the operation requirements of nucleus implantation techniques for composition pearls culture.The production process of non-nucleated pearls and nucleated pearls produced in the mantle tissue of pearl mussel,the choosing of donor mussel and host pearl mussel,as well as the surgical implantation for the nucleated pearls production in the visceral mass were covered in this article.The results suggested that the research on the culture of large and high-quality round pearls from pearl mussel Hyriopsis cumingii by nucleus implantation in the visceral mass should be conducted.
