摘要 中国具有丰富的石榴资源。石榴皮中鞣花酸是天然多酚物质的有效成分。目前中国石榴皮被大量废弃而造成严重的浪费。本研究选用3种不同石榴皮鞣花酸提取工艺,即1 mol盐酸60℃酸水解提取2次、无水乙醇—硫酸铵双水相微波萃取—酸水解、40%乙醇60℃超声萃取—酸水解,对相同重量的石榴皮粉进行鞣花酸提取。通过对粗品提纯、紫外检测、计算含量和提取率等比较分析。结果表明:40%乙醇60℃超声萃取—酸水解后鞣花酸提取率最高达18.07%。且有良好的稳定性,是石榴皮鞣花酸规模化生产的一种实用技术。 China has abundant resources of pomegranate. Pomegranate rind ellagic acid is the active ingredient of natural polyphenols. At present, China has a large number of abandoned pomegranate rind causing serious waste. Three kinds of granatum ellagic acid extraction process were selected to ex- tract ellagic acid crude from the same weight of pomegranate rind powder, including hydrolysis twice by 1 tool hydrochloric acid in 60 ℃ , microwave aqueous two-phase extraction ethanol-ammonium sul- fate acid hydrolysis, ultrasonic extraction-acid hydrolysis by 40% ethanol in 60 ℃. After purifica- tion, UV detection and calculation, it was indicated that the optimum extraction of ellagic acid was 40% ethanol ultrasonic extraction for 30 rain and the extraction rate was 18.07%. This technology has good stability and can be used as large-scale production of practical technology.
