摘要
河南某难选辉钼矿常规药剂制度选矿效果不佳。通过对其矿石性质研究并进行系统选矿试验,确定了在粗选段添加少量极性捕收剂提高钼回收率,再磨精选段使用非钼硫化矿抑制剂保证精矿杂质含量不超标,并使用特效抑制剂提高精矿品位,获得了47.13%的合格钼精矿,钼回收率达80.13%。该试验研究表明极性捕收剂能够改善难选辉钼矿的浮选,同时也为极性捕收剂在其他难选辉钼矿浮选中的应用提供了借鉴。
A refractory molybdenite ore in Henan gained low grade and recovery using normal flotation.By the research of the property and characteristics on the ore and mineral processing tests,best technology were determined.A polar collector was applied to increase the recovery in roughing,depressant was used to remove other harmful non-molybdenite sulfide ore,and the gangue mineral depressants were used to upgrade concentrate after regrinding.A final qualified molybdenite concentrate with containing 47.13% Mo and the recovery of 80.13% can be obtained.This study has proved that Polar collectors can improve the floatation performans of refractory molybdenite,and it can also be used as reference of other refractory molybdenite ore.
