摘要
在网络时代背景下,成人教育的多元化发展有着很强的现实意义,它在很大程度上能够提升我国成人教育的质量,为我国培养更多的优秀人才。为此,文章将重点研究成人教育的多元化发展途径,试图解决当前我国成人教育过程当中存在的教育模式单一、教学管理体系不完善、教学内容缺乏等问题。文章认为,创造多样化的成人教育模式、建立多元化的成人教育管理体系,推进成人教育对象、目标、形式的多元化发展都是推动我国成人教育多元化发展的有效途径。另外,推动信息化建设、加强教师队伍建设也能对成人教育的多元化发展提供帮助。
In the network era, the diversified development of adult education has a strong practical significance, in a large extent which can improve the quality of adult education and train more talents for our country. Therefore, this paper will focus on the diversi- fied development of adult education, trying to solve the problems which exist in the process of China＇s adult education, such as single teaching mode, imperfect teaching management system, lack of teaching content etc. The article suggests that, creating diversified a- dult education mode, establishing the diversification of adult education management system, promoting the diversified development of object, goal and form in the adult education are the effective ways to promote the diversified development of China＇s adult education. In addition, promoting the information construction, strengthening the teachers team can also provide help to the diversified development of adult education.
