摘要
提出一种以压力破碎、酸液溶解、颗粒筛分、高温灼烧等手段相结合的硬化粉煤灰混凝土原始配合比推定方法和具体操作过程。采用该方法可对掺0-40%粉煤灰的28d龄期硬化混凝土各组成材料进行测试,结果表明,粗、细骨料含量的推定值与理论值偏差可在5%以内,水泥与粉煤灰用量的推定值与理论值偏差可控制在10%左右。利用本方法可以初步推断出实际工程中硬化粉煤灰混凝土的原始配合比。
One method and detailed operating process including pressure crushing, acid dissolution, particle sizing and high temperature treatment were developed to determine mixing proportion of hardened concrete with fly ash. By using this method, the initial mix proportion was measured for hardened concrete containing 0-40% fly ash with 28 day curing age. The results show that the deviation of the measured value and theoretical value for coarse and fine aggregate content is below 5%. And the difference between the measured value and theoretical value for cement and fly ash content is about 10%. Therefore, this method can be used to deduce the original mix proportion for hardened concrete with fly ash in practical engineering.
